Hello
We had the same issue the order day and we were able to get around it by using a different smtp server. We are setup to use IMAP for our email protocol. If you find a solution, please post the resolutions. We arw using the same router, so I wonder if it is a router issue. I was thinking it had to do with the ISP since the user sending the email was not a user from our company. |
I have exact same issue but I am using a Dlink router, so it cannot be a router thing. |
