Error message when opening outlook

There are a couple ways to fix this:

Delete the extend.dat file under the users profile: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook;

or

With Outlook closed, run the Symantec Fix (Delete the extend.dat file under the users profile: C:\Documents and
Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook;

or

With Outloock closed, run the Symantec Fix (SavPluginUtil.exe). Email me if you want me to send you that file.
