Hello
To speed-up your computer, there are four main actions to take:
1. First get rid of all your temporary files and cookies: to do this efficiently, download and run CCleaner:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4555-ccleaner/
2. Clean-up your registry. You can use CCleaner, click on the gear tool and run it.
3. Make sure that no programmes load in the background at start-up. To find out if there are any, use this Startup Light tool:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
4. Last, you must defragment your hard disk, you can use Defraggler found here:
https://ccm.net/download/download-1454-defraggler
