Dvd-rw problem in reading

my dvd-rw has been working good few days ago but now it is not reading anything now it is showing empty cd/dvd though the cd is full i want to format my pc i had made some changes in boot configuration please tell me how to fixit

So did you make changes then it stopped, or are you trying to make changes to fix it?
