your using windows ???, try a linux version like ubuntu o debian
Ok, hang in there. Is it a few months old out of the box, if so, take it back. I am pretty certain you have a warranty. DO NOT reload your O/S, to any version. Take it back if it is really a few months old.
Let us know. Once again, DO NOT RELOAD,, or try to RELOAD another O/S on to it. You will most certainly be without support.
