can i play games on PS VITA even my psn account can't access to the psn store because of the my country /region not valid. can i use game card and play ?

PSN was hacked and should now work.

Hi

Yes you can, the PSN is for online.
But you can select your counntry and put the one you like to
you just need a real adress (see google).
There are 3 types of PSN accounts Europ US and JAP.

Ps : ambucias, this message doesn't concern him he has no PSN.

i already have psn account , bt i cannot access to the ps store. i have new game slot.. i'm afraid to put it and play.

You cannot have one because you country is not accepted, it's not me who says so it's you.

So you make another account and select another country compatible with PSN.
