Bluetooth on acer

I have an acer aspire 5749 with windows 8.1 pro.
my original keyboard was broken.
and im using an USB keyboard now.
but the problem that i can't turn on my bluetooth device with Fn+F3.
I want to know if there is any solution to turn on the bluetooth without Fn key.
(i cant find my bluetooth module in device manager and in network and sharing center
and in mobility center).
but my laptop has a bluetooth module atheros AR5BBU22

When you go to Mobility Center in control panel does it show up there?
