what is the problem of HP laptop after i shutdown it the laptop does not turning on but the light indicator of the charger port is on, although I don't have HP battery, only i can use my laptop if the charger is plug in, what can I do to solve that problem? Please Help me :(

It's most likely a hardware problem with the replacement battery or the battery current support on the motherboard.

I suggest you try a good local repair shop.
