My Acer Aspire E1-571G laptop not starting at all

While I was working on my laptop with the power cord on, it suddenly got turned off with a little sound as if something burnt. Now even if I plugged in the power cord, it doesn't show anything on my laptop. I checked my power cord & it's working fine. I even tried to reset my laptop by removing battery & adapter & hold the power button for 30 sec but all in vain. What could be the problem with my laptop & how to detect & solve it. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in adv.!

hello,

Try to removed the battery and unplugged the power supply. I then held down the power button for 45 seconds. and then put the battery and the power supply and pushed the power button.
