Keyboard - typing W or S tpesS "3" and open google page

My laptop is HP 430. I have to use shift key to take assistance to type by receive all letters in capital. some time with a dot in the beginning or followed by "S" .S or S. the line in the keyboard
that misbehave are letters ( 2, W, S, s, X, x, )
There is a procedure to go for default function. that that was heard from one of the engineer in Mumbai ( India). but is not traceable now. hence someone kindly advice.

PC's in India are often delivered with multiple languages installed. I suggest you go to the "keyboard" icon in the Control Panel and check to see that the correct keyboard language is installed. You might also check the keyboard functioning by using the On Screen Keyboard (OSK). you can invoke the OSK by typing osk in the start window. If OSK types correctly then you should replace the physical keyboard.
