Acer Aspire One Notebook BIG problem

So I turn off my Acer Aspire One Notebook and the next day I turn it on. It says Acer, preparing automatic repairs, then the screen goes black and it says "Sorry we ran into a problem and need to restart your PC. Then it repeats over and over again for hours and days and won't go to the lock screen. It's been like this for about 10 days.
I also draw a lot and I don't want to delete my work, so is there a way to get my files off of my computer?
