What do you mean by change? You mean you want windows 8 instead of Windows 7? If you change, you will be sorry because Windows 8 is complicated and you must ensure your system can support it. Further more you must purchase the license to upgrade.

It is contrary to the Charter to advertise websites which are dedicated to sales such as services, software or anything else.
You can advertise your website anywhere you want if you wish but certainly not on Kioskea.
