My computer is real slow Please help me.

My computer is real slow, I have a virus protection call tatanium My Microsoft windows at start up says host prossesers something or other. I went to You Tube and brian at briteccomputers
told me to go to regedit -file export and backup, then go to Hkey-local machine /current control set find Wait to kill service time out. change to 2000

When I went to try all of the things that I had learned from this guy I went through all of the promps and mind said (default)Reg-sz (value not set) . Is their anyone that can help me with this issue please.

Hello

It seems to me that your computer is infected.

Download Malwarebyte and update it. Request a full scan. After the scan delete all the items found. You will get a report which you can copy and paste here.
