Ok this is what u do


go to start menu>settings>control panel
if in catagory veiw then switch it to classic view (it is much easier this way, to do so there is an option on the right hand side of the control panel window)

now double click Administrative Tools

then Computer Management

now a pop up of computer mangement window opens
on the left hand side there will b a list of options
click on Local users and groups
then click on the folder named Users
now on the right hand side of the window a list of users will populate
right click on the account named administrator
and select properties
a pop up window will open
under the general tab deselect the option (Account is disabled)
click apply
then ok

ur administrators account is now active

The procedure gien is true but when we cilck on button Ok it prompts u cannot change the setting as restricted so please any other solutions let me know
