Youd have to change your secret questions to something fake so only you will know or change your zip code and b-day info so he can't reset your passwords.

The only way you can stop him actually is by talk to him about this..i know there are few settings in yahoo which can help you temporary, but if he is much clever..maybe he still reading your emails and u r not aware..

You can't do anything about it except go to the "authorities". Even if you change your information, there are still Private Investigators out there that have every trick to use once you change your information. I've been dealing with this for TWO YEARS and I have tried every password change (upper case, symbols, things that make no sense). I even know the PI that is doing this to me and two years later, I'm not much better off. I can't use email, IM or Facebook. They even hacked into my cell phone and downloaded text messages REMOTELY! They can do some crazy things. They have dialed in and heard parts of actual conversations I was having, just by having my cell phone in the same room with me. I've been told to take out my battery, but who wants to take their battery in and out when they aren't trying to dial someone? Has anyone out there had the same problems I've had?

Had the same exact problem you described for over 2 years. I'm still searching for the solution to blocking their illegal use of technology. Unfortunately the "authorities" will never do anything to stop it. I'm looking for an attorney to sue the pants off the people responsible...

The only thing I can suggest is hack him back. I've just had my BT premium email account hacked into and all my new messages redirected to some domain in Hong Kong. I use Outlook and download messages to my PC. This morning I logged in to find absolutely no Spam! Or anything from anyone else infact! I have fixed it now, but this hacking thing is something I am going to dig a bit deeper into. There has gotta be a way of stopping these people, and the only way I believe I'll find a way is to find out how they are doing it. Become a "Good" hacker to stop the "Bad" hackers....

There is this software that you can purchase and download into someone's phone. It's called Flexispy and you can get it online. You have to read the disclaimer yourself because the company doesn't take any responsibility for "illegal" tracking of people. You are only suppose to do it to your minor children and I think a spouse might be okay also. This is what was done to me. You can get A LOT of information. I wasn't hacked by some computer genius, but rather some crazy person with a lot of issues!
