Change Language from Spanish to Englis

Hello,
I purchased and Acer Aspire One in Spanish, with Windows XP Home, I have been through the settings to change the language to English but I am not having any luck does anyone out there know how I can do this.

My understanding is that there is no way to change Windows XP Home to English. You must install a fresh English copy of XP.
