Samsung Kies not succesfully connected

Please advise why is this happen ? Any solutions ? I tried "Troubleshoot Connection Error" & uninstall & reinstall also can't but I tried at others PC is OK.

May I know what's wrong with it ? Any Solutions ?

Does Windows detect your phone?

Does your phone have a screen lock? if so, try unlocking it.

Nope windows not detecting my phone at all...

Screen lock ? How to unlock it ?

But how come my home pc can connected and my office PC ?

Last time my office PC can connected, out of sudden recently can't..

Please advise.

Yes.. front got both I did tried & at the back also I tried also can't

I also tried to use different USB cable also can't...

What else I can do ???
