Need network adapter for dell inspiron 500m

Hello,
I have a Dell Inspiron 500m. I reinstalled windows xp pro and was able to get all the drivers except the network adapter for the wireless card. It doesn't even show up. I can go online fine with the ethernet connection but I can't figure out this wireless thing..... Please elp!!!!!!!!!!!

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0
