Usb moden type 1

Hello,

i have a bsnl modem connected to usb i was using it for many days only thing is i have installed a xp Sp 2 operating system fresh one and i cannot connect to internet i have installed usb drivers but dtill it doesnt connect.

pls give me some suggestion regarding configuring the modem and how to connect to internet.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,
you should download the modem drivers as well.
then you will be able to connect to the internet.
