Cpu run, but LED don't blinking and display stay in black

When I power on my CPU, its run. I can hear fan running sound. But led do not blink and also display stay in black screen.
Sometimes display appear show bios, But its stay hang. And if I turn off and turn on again then display show no signal.
Im really very sad, I dont know what to do.
Please kindly help to solve the problem. Please.!

Your laptop problem is beyond what a novice user can repair. I suggest you have a local repair shop take a look at it.
