File sharing on vista pc

Hello,
I have a host pc and i have shared the file but i am unable to access the host pc from two other pc's. I can however access the two other pc just fine from the host pc, I also can access the other to pc shared folders from each other but when i click on the host pc in the network it wont let me in. I have taken off McAffee and took off the firewall and still nothing can someone help me please.

Make sure other PCs can ping this Vista PC without problem, and you need to enable simple file sharing or password protected file sharing correctly.
