OK, so is it your router, or your ISP's? If it is your router, then let us know the make and model, and be prepared to rebuuild it, as you will have to do a physical hard reset in order to get back into it.
If it is your ISP's, then contact them and have tech support assist you further, as you pay for tech support already.
Let us know which situation you are in. PLease understand, you will have to do a complete router install if the router is yours and you do not know the password, so be prepared!
