When my google toolbar disappeared, I was able to retrieve it. However, the original buttons have reappeared as small blobs, I need to hover over each one to see what it is. How do I get the original appearance. I've spent umpteen hours researching this and google answers to this problem are not pointing me to the solution. GOOGLE HAS STRUCK OUT.

I have windows 7.

Any help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
hd

I use IE and windows 7. I've used google toolbar from the very first time it was introduced so many years ago. I update it all the time as needed. It has disappeared in the past and I've reinstalled it with no problems. However, this time it has not been perfect as in the past. I am at a loss as to how to correct it.

Again, I suggest you uninstall the bar, delete all temp files and cookies and then reinstall.

IE frequently updates to make your browsing with msn, bing, etc and they are a pain.

Best of all, I suggest you download and Install Firefox (very friendly), then install you beloved Google toolbar, forget Internet Explorer.

Good luck
