I cant connect to LAN or Internet after my PSU exploded

my psu exploded and after replacing it my LAN couldn't connect. My Lan Light is Orange. my mother board is emx-ig31-avl. windows 7 32bit. can someone help asap.

OK, so when you rebuilt it, you reloaded ALL of the drivers to include the network card? The orange light shows link, which is correct. Without looking for myself, is the LAN port on the MB? By exploded is it possible the rest of the board got mangled?
