Hello,

Try this 1

Instead of changing the default installation location permanently, it's better if you

change the location during the application installation.

Microsoft doesn't support changing of default location. For more information,

click on the below link.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/933700/microsoft-does-not-support-changing-the-location-of-the-program-files

If you still want to change the default installation location permanently then

Click on Start --> In search bar, type regedt32 and press Enter.

"Registry Editor" will be opened.

Now backup your registry by going to "File" --> Export.

Now at the left side, go to the location

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SOFTWARE --> Microsoft --> Windows --> CurrentVersion

Now at the right-side, look for "ProgramFilesDir". Double-click on it.

Now change the "Value data:" to your desired location --> Click on OK.

Close the "Registry Editor".

Good Luck
