Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened. If you have noticed any yellow exclamation mark on the High Definition audio device then right-click on it and uninstall it first. Now install the audio driver.
If the problem still exist then install the chipset driver first and then install the audio driver.
