My HP 16GB pendrive not working in windows 7(professional)

my HP 16 GB pen drive is new one.If i plugged the pen drive in to the computer ,it would not showing any the pen drive devices.But other pen drive is working.
Can you please tell me the solution for this problem?

Hello,

Try this 1

Connect your pen drive --> Click on Start --> In search box, type devmgmt.msc

and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened.

Is there any yellow mark ?

Dude no yellow mark is there.Can you tell me the one more technique .plz...

Have you tried connecting your pen drive in another PC to make sure that its working ?
