Crash dump issue

Hi all,
I have two issue in my laptop...
1. While am working in my laptop, suddenly it used to stop working and it shows message as crash dump.... in blue colour screen
2. Display is disappearing in between and it shows message as display driver stopped working
Please help for this issue ASAP.

Hello,

i recommend upgrading your laptop's graphics drivers.

what is the make/model of your laptop?

if you look at your laptop it should say on a sticker.
