Windows xp appearance>style

Hello


Set your theme to Windows Classic then back to Windows XP. It may reset something. If it's already set to Windows classic, set it to Windows XP.

Though I agree with Spiderind on how to fix your problem, I must say that Windows Classic style is not one of the best appearences available. If you want an even better appearence, Right Click, go to Properties, Appearence, and then keep it on Windows Classic and then below it is a Color Scheme selection. There are many selections that make the task bars and Start Menu buttons look even cooler, like High Contrast and Slate, plus many others. If you still arn't satisfied, I simply reccomend changing back to Windows XP style. You can also change the colors of the Windows XP taskbars to olive green and silver by going to Appearance on the Properties menu and choosing the color schemes. I have tried to download other color schemes from other websites, but they usually either come with annoying viruses or just don't work. I hope this helps.

Right click desktop/properties/appearance. There is the windows and buttons, can u change it to xp style or do u only have the classic? If u only have classic then u have the same prob as i do. I can change my theme to xp but that won't help with the appearance of windows and buttons, wondering if it can be downloaded from somewhere... If some1 knows then reply.

i think i can help you sort out your problem.
just right click on the desktop>the dropdown menu opens then click on properties>a dialogue box will appear then click on Appearance Tab next to setting & screen server>in the appearance tab properties, look for Windows & Buttons, click on the small down arrow to select the style you like>select the style you want either Windows Classic Style or Windows XP Style>click apply>click ok.

Go and change it in your desktop properties or maybe your windows is running on safe mode...check it
