Xbox disc won't work

Hello, my xbox for the last four months has been playin up and won't load any games no matter what I have wiped them I have checked the disc drive and every time I go to play game it comes up with this disc is unrecognisable I do not know how to fix it so if anyone does plz caould u tell me as I would rather do it myself then pay someone else to do a job which could of been really easy
