Hello,
i have a kingston 64 GB pen drive and my os (vista ultimate) is unable to format it. I have used it 4 to 5 times but when i format it first time it takes a lot of time and at last windows is unable to format it. I found that it has a RAW filesystem in the disk management console.

Configuration: Opera 9.60

90% of the Kingston 64GB flash drives sold around the world are counterfeit. If is cost less than $100 then I would suspect a counterfeit. See this site for more info:

Search and Download fat32format.zip or fat32format.exe file from net. keep the exe file in windows\system32\ . From command prompt write "fat32format <drive:>. this will format the drive.

This Drive is too small for FAT32 - There must be at least 64k cluster.
