Hello,
orgionally my antivirus picked up a trojan virus on my laptop, i then ran norton and during this the laptop reset and booted up to my screen saver background with no icons or start button, i booted the laptop throught the safe mode and managed to run my antivirus through the administer profile, it picked up 2 virus which were deleted, there were both some kind of spyware.dll file, i rebooted the laptop and now when i click on my profile it says "loading profile" for about 20 sec then the screen flashes for a sec and says "saving profile" and only gives me the option to restart the laptop, i've tried to go back through safe mode but the same thing happens, at the moment i'm stuck.
any help would be greatly appreciated
