When i am trying to do call ,i can hear but opposite side can't hear anything. please help .

OK, so what software are you using for the "call?"

There should be a microphone test. Run it. Go to your hardware manager and see if your system has a microphone.

Has it ever worked? What makes you think you have a mic?
