Hello,

i have a laptop and i would like to put it back 2 factory settings as it was when i first bought it. my laptop is packard bell easy note i tryed restartin my laptop and pressing F11 to do it and nothing happened i also have a packard bell disc which puts it back to factory settings so i put it in and restarted my laptop and it asked me for an system serial number the only thing is am not sure what this is or were i can find could someone please help i need my laptop back to normal

Is the system serial number printed on the bottom of the laptop?

Its got S/N thn a number on the bottom is that the system serial number i did try that but it said this computer has no vaild information.
