Dial From PC to Mobile

Hello,
I'm Nahid. I have phone is ALCATEL OT-E805C I want to connect my phone to my Desktop PC by Cable and I want to call in my Desktop PC.
Please help me as soon as posible.

First extract the xp driver from the suplied cd then copy and pest it desktop.during instalation the driver uncheak the cd rom then tick the include this location in the search( the desk top usb file). then follow the process,
