i have problem in my pc language. i want to change language french to english in os. help pls

Hey, how do i get the multilingual pack? please tell cuz i dunt understand arabic and am really being troubled by this language..lol.. anyways pls tell me in detailed steps ow to change my language to english as i am a beginner.. thank you.
