My Headphones are not Working Properly

Hi! I have a problem. My Beats Pro headphones are set to default communications device on Windows 7 and they don't even have a mic. I want to listen to my music and Skype calls, but it won't let me. But when I restart my computer and log back into my account, they show up in the audio control panel for a few seconds, and disappear. I don't know what I did. I also tried to plug in a different headset and that one didn't work, and it usually did. Did I delete something? Or set my audio jackthing wrong? I need help!

Ok, Hang in there....

I am not certain that you can use them, as you say you have no mic. You would have to configure the two devices then, one (beats) for audio out, and one(mic)( for audio in), in order for SKype to work......
