How to install antivirus in my computer

Hello,
I have downloaded antivirus throuh internet and placed in my documents folder. Now, I want to install that antivirus to my computer

Configuration: Windows Vista
Internet Explorer 7.0

Double click on the program in explorer. That should start the install.
