Yo DJ,

IMHO, the best antivirus currently in market as should be kaspersky or nod32. Meanwhile, you could also try AVG and Panda. If for some reason, your system occupied with great memory / CPU resources, feel free to try the infamous Symantec Antivirus.

For antispyware, ADAWARE should provide the best result of all.
