No Audio Output Device is installed

Hello,

I have an hp ProBook 4530s and suddenly I have no sound and it gives me the error "no audio outbput device is installed." I have used the Window's troubleshooter, the hp troubleshooter, I have looked up things online, used the "easy method", gone through several steps and guides and nothing works. There is no "sound" files in the Device Manager to even open. I can't find any drivers on the computer to download updates for. It's like there was just never any audio drivers to begin with. Any suggestions?

I have tried all of the things on the following pages. Please do not send me the link to one of the following solutions.

Hello

What is the make and model of your sound card ? (You will find it in your device manager)

Confirm you are running on Windows 7.
