Cannot Receive or send yahoo mail in Outlook 7

From yesterday onward I can not send or receive Yahoo mail in my Outlook 7. Since i thought that it is due to the trouble with my ISP I tried 3 different ISP connection . But it is in vain . I tried to configure my Yahoo mail in 2 other PCs. But the Outlook 7 in those PCs could not configure it. Previously it was simple to configure Yahoo mail in Outlook 7 and I have helped my friends to do. One of my friends also informed me that he is also finding the same problem since Monday 9th Dec.
