My laptop keyboard is messed up - please help

i spilled a little water on my laptop on one letter [E] which stopped working. then i tried some suggested stuff on the internet and now my laptop is comepletly messed up. i blow dried my keyboard i don't know if this is the cause but now i can't type anything in the address bar for chrome and internet explorer too. it either exists itself when i type or something pops up from my laptop. for example, when i press ''L'' easy access centre pops up. i'm getting so frustrated i've been trying to search for this online but i havent come across someone with the same problem. i recently got my laptop repaired so my mum won't pay to get it repaired again. im a student so i don't have money to repair it so if anyone knows how i can fix this problem please tell me
