Hello,

I am looking for help with setting up my extended monitor. I have a toshiba satellite laptop and just got a samsung t220 monitor. I can't get the extended monitor to be the primary monitor although the two can share a screen (i.e. be used as an extended screen). I would like to get the laptop monitor to sleep and mostly use the larger monitor. I have tried the Fn + F5 key. I can see three options where I get to pick the laptop screen, both screens, or the monitor but after selecting it, I don't to know to make the command work. What am I missing?

Help. Any suggestions are welcomed.
