Dell Laptop Problem

Hello,

I'm having a crazy problem with my dell laptop. Everytime I undock my laptop from my workstation and then get on an airplane the row above my home row, the delete key and several other keys stop working. I've never had the problem when I undock and am just at home... only when I'm flying.

As soon as I redock the laptop the problem subsides... any ideas?
