I am using Windows xp SP3 but in this administrator is disabled.
but if ia m trying to creata through reg edit then i am getting one error masage i.e.
can not create value: erron in creting to the registory.
The steps i folloed.:
1. go to regedit
2.naviate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWSNT\CURRENT VERSION\WINLOGON\SPECIAL ACCOUNTS\USER LIST\
3. WHEN I AM Choosing the new option in that i am trying to create the DWORD value 1, i am getting the following error
Can not create value: Error writing to the registry.
