Hai
Open both workbooks. Select the cell in the destination workbook that you want to contain data from the source (Jan-Feb) workbook. Type in the equal sign but don't hit enter. Use your cursor and navigate to the cell in the Jan-Feb workbook that has the data you want. When you click the cell in the Jan-Feb workbook, you'll see the dotted lines around it and the formula in the formula bar. Hit enter or click the green check mark. Eventually, when you save both files, the formula will get updated (automatically) with the full path name of the Jan-Feb workbook. When Jan-Feb is closed you'll see the full path in the formula bar of the destination workbook, when it's open you won't. Note: If you move the Jan-Feb workbook, the other workbook won't be able to find it. It takes a balance of having the files open and resaving them in the correct order to update the links, or you can use the Edit Links button to fix the links.
