i have a problem to check my email.
i can log in but i can't open the message in my inbox .
would u please help me to resolve this problem .

What are you using for you email.
are you in an office, at home are you using outlook?
more info would help diagnose your problem.
is it just the one email or all your emails

Hello, i have exactly same problem, i went to internet cafe yesterday to pring out some applications but along the line decided to print one document from my yahoo emil and unfortunately it asked me to update the yahoo in the iternet cafe to 2009 version morover yahoo messenger 9.0 version ad i dd after that i trd o logg in to my yahoo mail btu it kept hanging saying http://us.mc345.mail.yahoo.com/mc/welcome?.gx=1&.tm=1247725731&.rand=3p21qlovruu69 that is what got. i live in germany and i have 2 yahoo id, one works perectly as usual ut my main yahoo account wee ave a lot of document is the one giving me this headach, i asked my friend in Austril to help me logg on there to see if it work, and it worked when he tried it but here in Germany i can read my mai.
Help anyone got idea on how i can get out from this mess?

Same thing happened to me; after being routed thru 1/2 of MS & MSN tech support svcs, I finally got a techie who admitted that IE 8 (which I'd just installed when this began) is "not always compatible w/MSN Explorer" I dumped IE 8 and now I can access my email thru MSN Explorer again.

Hello there,

can you help me ? i can not see the message from my mail box.
i am using credit mail box at my office . I created some folders in the in box. This morning, when i come to the office , all the mails in one of the folders was disappeared , the subjects/ the date/the volume of each mail is remained but the contents is not there.

I've got the Exact same problem and it's really annoying as i have very important emails i need to read!

I'm using Safari 4 beta on Macbook OSX, i've cleared internet history, restarted and all that jazz and still nothing.

I do know that MSN went down but they said they fixed it? so i'm a little worried they may have lost all my emails and what i'm seeing is just a record of what was in my inbox?

Please help if you can?

Safari Beta will not work with MSN email or Hotmail, you have to uninstall safari beta and go back to previous version of safari (ie: 3.0.4) this will solve your problems.

Download firefox and go into hotmail from there. Safari has problems with Hotmail.

I just have enternet explorer 7 and I go to click on my emails in my in box with msn and I can;'t get in to them, I have never chagned my enternet explore I have a old Xp. I was able this moring to get into the emails and also I got into them at a public computer, but not now at home

I cannont open the emails in my hotmail account. I get into it and the emails are listed but when I click onto the mail it won't open. at the botton of the page it says":error on page" Why can't I access the emails????

If you are using out look make sure you have not set it to filter out or not download content alos try uninstalling firefox and then installing it again, some settings in IE will stop content download, check this aswell.

If you are using Safari, download a different browser such as Firefox it may help. Safari has issues.

Seems this is a recent and very common problem - if you click on the windows live mail icon, the i.e. page opens, waits, then can't open the page. This has occured on several of my computers, both I.E 8 and before. Seems a problem with windows live - all started at the same time. No fix I know of yet, but a workaround - when the i.e. page opens, click on the mail icon on the toolbar - then it opens normally. Come on microsoft, admit there's a problem and FIX IT!

Hi Tia,
Did you read my message above yours. Same problem has happened on all my computers (about 8 or 9) All started at the same time, both in i.e. 7 and 8. Even on a new netbook I got new last week. Both in XP and Vista. The workaround is to look at the i.e. page that opens when it trys to access your hotmail. If you have the windows live taskbar on it, then just click on the Mail tab - your hotmail page should then open normally. No idea why this is so, but there must be a lot of us having the same problem.

I really upset like all of you guy. The only one solution I have now is to switch to use my brother's computer, which is very unconvenience.

I too have problems opening my email in Yahoo, despite signing in successfully. In fact, this is a Yahoo problem, since this problem is global. Yahoo users everywhere, from Europe to US, are facing the same difficulties. There has been outpouring of complaints in almost every IT forums and blogs regarding this this problem. The problem started when yahoo integrated its yahoo Messenger facilities with its classic Mail (email). Yahoo email users now have no choice regarding whether or not they want to use the messenger facilities. As a result of this intergration, there has been problems opening emails.

"Upgrading" hotmail to live was the most retarded thing ever. I didn't want it but those idiots force it on you. Ever since I HAVE CONSISTENTLY BEEN UNABLE TO ACCESS MY INBOX FROM ANY BROWSER!!!! (or other people's houses) Hotmail is a failure and microsoft won't admit it. Now I have a bunch of email in there and have to check back every day to see if it's letting me get to my inbox yet or not. It works rarely and inconsistently. Even from all the other comments on this page, nothing works. It is a problem with HOTMAIL ITSELF not IE, not Firefox, not anything else people are saying here. Hotmail sucks. They should just go back to the simple version they used to have, or at least make that an option because at least that worked!!
