Hello,

Try this 1

According to your Scanner manufacturer, it doesn't need drivers when you

are using Windows 8 as it may be included in your OS.

For more information, click on the below hyperlink "Scanner".

Scanner

Just plug your scanner and check if its able to get detected in the device

manager.

OR

Download the drivers for Windows XP or Windows 7 from the manufacture's

website and install the drivers in compatibility mode.

Click on the above given hyperlink.

Make sure that "Drivers & Software" is selected --> Select

Operating System as "Window" from the

drop-down menu. Select OS Version as "Windows

7
" from the drop-down menu. Now download the drivers.

Now install it in "Compatibility Mode".

Right-click on the setup file --> Properties --> Click on "Compatibility" tab -->

Check the check box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" --> Select the

option "Windows 7" from the drop-down menu --> Click on OK.

Good Luck
