Hello,
I just recently bought a HP Pavilion dV7-1245dx, The OS is Windows Vista home edition for 64 bit. Well I did the unthinkable and install Windows7,on my computer, and my computer ....well....all the programs on HP,has some how disappeared, because its been replace with Window7 settings, How can I restore my HP laptop to its factory setting,I will never do this again, because I really enjoy my Laptop and just want my original settings back.
Configuration: Windows Firefox 3.0.6
If your lucky you still have a hidden partition with the factory image on it. If not you may need to buy the restore CD from HP. Get on the phone with HP and have them walk you through restoring your computer to the factory settings. Their advise will be better than ours. Just don't tell them the part about installing Windows 7. Good Luck |
If you want you can contact me at gregoryisaac1@hotmail.com i have the same computer like you and i burned the set of dvd,s included windows vista home premium 64 bits with all the drivers.
