How to do voice chat

Hello,
hi i know chating but i dont know how to start voice chat and wht r the requirements for it i have laptop and inbuil microphone and webcam is there. but i dont know from which option i would be able to listen and speak voice

plz help anybody so i can chat with my friend or anybody.

What software are you using to talk to someone? If you want to check if the webcam and microphone are working you can download skype and start a voice chat quite easily. Clarify for a more helpful answer

Many forum allowed the conversation with microphone and webcam but first ofall you must download the software
